Finding a thrown out goldfish bowl by the flats near Millbank provided the start of this 3D panorama globe painting . The watery blue filter that envelops everything at the break of dawn coloured this view from the middle of the Millennium pedestrian bridge … St Paul’s at one end, Tate Modern at the other.
London at its quietest, at its stillest.
